ABOUT RUNWAY ROGUE

Runway Rogue proudly manufactures in the USA! All classic, twist-up Lipsticks, long-wear Liquid Lipsticks, and Designer Lip Liners are made locally in Southern California.
Absolutely not! Runway Rogue is always 100% cruelty-free.
Although the FDA hasn't established a regulation for what it means to be "vegan", we define it as a product that does not contain any animal products or by-products. All Runway Rogue lip products are vegan.

ORDERS / SHIPPING
We accept all major credit cards. Payment may also be made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
We offer flat rate, USPS shipping for $5.95 for all orders less than $35.
FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders $40 and over (excluding taxes or discounts), and will be automatically applied at checkout.
We ship all orders from a climate-controlled shipping facility in Southern California.
We want you to receive your new lipsticks as soon as possible! Our warehouse typically begins processing orders within one hour (Monday-Friday). Once the warehouse has begun processing your order, we will not be able to change or cancel it. If you need to make a change to an order or cancel, please notify the Runway Rogue customer support immediately.

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days, excluding major holidays. Shipments to the lower 48 and D.C. typically arrive within 3-7 business days after the shipment date but may take longer for other destinations.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a shipping date, order contents, and tracking number. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided.
You can also check your account with us to see the status of the orders you have placed, or contact us by clicking on one of the contact cards below.
At this time, Runway Rogue only ships within the US and US territories.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CLAIMS
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please do so within 30 days from receipt. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of E-gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Runway Rogue, or products not purchased directly RunwayRogueBeauty.com.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE LOG INTO THE RUNWAY ROGUE RETURN PORTAL HERE.
Your return/exchange will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 1-3 business days from receipt for your return/exchange to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damage claims must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt. When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please submit your CLAIM via the Runway Rogue Returns Portal by clicking HERE. You will be required to upload a photo of the damage as part of your claim.
Approved claims will receive a no-cost replacement shipped within 3 business days.
If the USPS tracking number provided by Runway Rogue has been marked as "Delivered", but you did not receive your package, you may initiate a CLAIM in the Runway Rogue Return Portal by clicking HERE.
Please note, USPS often scans in packages prior to the actual delivery, and your package may arrive up to 3 business days after it is marked delivered. We also recommend checking with your neighbors and in other locations, such as a porch, surrounding areas, or garage.
For packages that are verified as lost/stolen, a replacement may be offered. If you suspect that a package was stolen, it is recommended to provide a new shipping address for a secure location, such as a business or residence where someone is available during USPS delivery.
- Lost/Stolen Packages are only eligible for one replacement
- Replacement shipments are not eligible for return/refund, but may be exchanged according to our Return Policy.
- Customers who experience frequent lost packages with Runway Rogue may become ineligible for replacements, or be required to provide an alternate shipping address.
